National Stationery Show applications are reviewed daily and booths assigned on a rolling basis beginning in the fall. You are encouraged to apply as soon as you are ready, as booth space sells out quickly.

Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred booth size. When a booth has been assigned, you will receive a contract reflecting your location, exhibit fees, terms, a floorplan and other key information.

The 2012 exhibit fee is $27.50/sq. ft. The exhibit fee includes 8-foot white, non-opaque draped back and side walls; booth sign; chair; directory listing, overtime differential costs for electrical services, and drayage (freight delivery to your booth, storage of empty crates and cartons, and return of freight to your booth).


 

















Please indicate your first preference for booth size as well as the number of booths required. Indicate at least two preferences. Dimensions are width by depth.
 




* There is a 1 booth maximum on 10x6 and 10x8 booth sizes as these booths are in high demand. If these sizes are sold-out, you will be offered your next booth size preference.



Corner fee is $400 per corner.
