As an exhibitor you know what it takes to succeed in the business, but do you know effective ways to ensure a successful show?

Don’t limit your NSS experience to the walls of your exhibit space. The NSS Sponsorship program offers you venues to put your company name and logo in high-visibility and unexpected locations.

All sponsorship opportunities will include mention in the show directory with your logo and enhanced listing in the online directory. On-site signage where applicable.

On-Site Opportunities

Press Center
Sponsor the press center with amenities for 300+ consumer and trade media who call the Press Center home for the duration of the show. Sponsorship includes signage with your company name, logo and booth number.
Exclusive Sponsor Price: $2,500

Club GLM VIP Buyers' Lounge
Club GLM is an exclusive lounge for VIP buyers from around the world. Your sponsorship may include the entire lounge or a portion of the services provided including beverages, lounge decorations and telecommunications access. Prices vary. Custom Carpet Decals
Direct attendees to your booth by creating custom carpet decals that will be placed in key locations on the show floor. Fee includes production of 3 custom decals and their installation. Decals are approximately 3" x 3". Maximum of 2 companies.
Price: $1,500 for 3, $4,000 for 9, $6,000 for 15

Floor Tile Decals
Thousands of attendees walk through Javits throughout the duration of the show. Advertise your company by using the terrazzo floor tiles during the National Stationery Show®. Decals are approximately 5" x 5". Fee includes production and installation for 2 floor tile decals. Maximum of 2 companies.
Price: $1,500 for 2, $3,000 for 5, $6,000 for 12 
 
Entrance Door Decals @ Javits
Grab the attention of attendees the minute they arrive at Javits! Prominently display your company's 2-color logo and booth number on the exterior doors of the Javits Center. Decals are approximately 24" x 24". Fee includes production and installation. Maximum of 3 companies. Price:
10 door decals for $5,000
15 door decals for $7,000
45 door decals for $15,000 - Exclusive Sponsor
 
Lobby Banner
Limited locations are available in the Crystal Palace lobby areas of Javits. Banner size must be 10' wide x 20' long. Banner production is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Contact Stephanie Leon-Santiago at ssantiago@glmshows.com for costs and productions fees. 
 
Badge Lanyards
Every attendee wears one! Expected attendance is 14,000. This is a great way to ensure brand exposure! 
Price: $10,000, plus production. 
 

Product Display Kiosks

Product display kiosks offer a unique opportunity to showcase your products in high traffic areas of the Javits Center, ex: Show entrances. Increase onsite visibility by showcasing your company!
