Mail them an invitation to visit your booth! This is a proven way to create
excitement, support a show special, in-booth event etc. – and most importantly

LEAD RETRIEVAL @ NSS
Convention Data Services, the official registration and lead retrieval
vendor selected by GLM, has the lead retrieval tools to capture, qualify and
follow-up on important sales leads. Complete service includes lead capture
hardware, a web site for exhibitors to retrieve and manage their leads as well
as experienced sales support.

PR OPPORTUNITIES
At this stage of your Show preparation, you should be thinking about press kits
for the onsite Press Center, where approximately 250 press will register and
review exhibitor press materials. Your press kit should include a press release
announcing your NSS participation, any special product launches and/or in-booth
promotions, a company background, product samples, and any other literature that
will introduce your company and products to the press. The Press Center is also
available to you as a quiet location for conducting for press interviews. A
pre-registered list of attending press can be obtained by contacting
Melissa Gray. Also, don’t forget to
submit your press releases to Melissa 24/7, as she is in constant
communication with the trade publication editors and can pass along your company
news, as well as post it on the NSS homepage for thousands to see under
“Industry News.”
