2007 Daily Demos
“Creating Ideas to Take Back to Your Store”

Guess who’s coming to dinner ... your customers! For the fifth consecutive year, Greetings, etc. magazine has partnered with George Little Management, LLC, to offer a series of interactive “Daily Demos” at the National Stationery Show. This year, the overall theme of these Demos is “Dinner Party” – tapping the popularity of home entertaining within the stationery category. A “dinner table” on display near the Demo area will feature an example from each day’s make-and-take projects – with the end result being a complete dinner-party table: from invitations to centerpieces to party favors to thank-you cards.

Each Demo will run 45 minutes and be presented by leading experts in the stationery field, who are all exhibiting at the show. The schedule is as follows:

Sunday, May 20
1:30 – 2:15 p.m.: “Creating a Dinner-Party Invitation,” presented by Deborah Hefter of Envelopments.

Monday, May 21
10:30 – 11:15 a.m.: “Creating a Centerpiece with Ribbons,” presented by Margaret Vagnoni of Ampelco Ribbon Company.
1:30 – 2:15 p.m.: “Giftwrapping Gifts for the Hostess,” presented by Elizabeth Cooke of Trimorphos.

Tuesday, May 22
10:30 – 11:15 a.m.: “Creating Party Favors,” presented by Mark Bergadon of Gartner Studios, Inc.
1:30 – 2:15 p.m.: “Creating Thank-You Cards,” presented by Wendy Hudnall of Creativity Inc.

Wednesday, May 23
10:30 – 11:15 a.m.: “Creating a Memorable Scrapbook Page,” presented by a Design Team Member of K and Company.

All Daily Demos will take place in the Demo Theatre, located in the Crystal Palace Lobby of the Jacob K. Javits Center.
