Show Services & Marketing Support

GLM provides a host of services to exhibiting companies to help maximize your Show experience while providing convenience and efficiency. These include:

Basic Booth Package — The exhibit fee includes 8-foot white, non-opaque draped back and side walls; booth sign; chair; wastebasket; a directory listing, overtime differential costs for electrical services; and drayage — freight delivery to your booth, storage of empty crates and cartons, and return of freight to your booth.

Operations and Logistics — As we near the start of the Show, GLM's full-service Operations team will be ready to assist you and answer any questions about shipping, booth design, building rules, etc.

STATUS — the Official Show Directory — STATUS is the year round resource and reference tool for all buyers. It lists all confirmed exhibitors, and represented lines, three ways: alphabetically, by booth number, and by product category. Completely free of charge. Confirmed exhibitors may also purchase advertising in STATUS.

Pre-Show Planner — Included with the badges mailed to pre-registered attendees, this quick-reference guide helps buyers plan their trip ahead of the Show. All confirmed exhibitors are listed in this handy, pocketsized guide.

Comprehensive Marketing Program — A fully integrated advertising, direct mail, public relations and e-marketing campaign precedes the National Stationery Show.

Advertising and Media Relations — The National Stationery Show receives worldwide attention from the most important industry publications. The Show receives extensive pre- and post-show coverage reinforced through full-color, full-page advertising. GLM also offers a free public relations guide to exhibitors, helping you develop your own publicity material.

Promotional Tools — The promotion you do as an exhibitor augments the message conveyed through GLM's marketing campaign, helping to increase buyer attendance at your booth.
