Single Booth Photos

This was Dots Daughter Designs' second time at the Show. The company exhibited in a 60 square foot booth on a corner. The booth is 6' deep and 10' wide. The gold colored walls are foam board. The exhibitor used the sign provided with the booth, centered on the back wall. She also used the back and side walls to display her greeting cards. Note that under each card is a description, or item name or number. The table, covered in a neutral khaki cloth, has the company name and logo in a darker color on the front. The exhibitor's own chairs match the color of the logo on the tablecloth, as does a standing coat stand, which is used to feature product. This exhibitor also produces hatboxes and mugs, and has featured this part of her line on the table. The exhibitor used a neutral colored carpet that matched the tablecloth. |

Lineweaver Design had an 80 square foot booth on a corner, in the Take Note section of the Show. The walls, carpet and tablecloth are consistent with the colors in the product line. The clear acrylic stands don't compete with the colors of the product. The company placed their logo sign on both walls, since the booth could be viewed from two directions. The booth number was also placed on both walls a little lower down, at eye level. The company has been in the National Stationery Show since 2003. |

The 2005 Show was Dabney Lee Stationery's first time exhibiting at the National Stationery Show. Her booth is a great example of how to show off a small line of cards. This was an 80 square foot booth in the Take Note section of the Show. The exhibitor used foam board walls in a vibrant green. The company name, in white, can't be missed on the back wall, and the size of the lettering gives it a greater degree of importance. The line is displayed on the two side walls and the two white bookshelves at the back. The company's own white chairs are welcoming to attendees who might like to sit while they place their order, and are in keeping with the total look of the booth. The exhibitor used clamp-on lights on the side and back walls to further brighten the booth and direct attention to the product. The rug, in a neutral color, is edged in red, which matches the baskets the exhibitor used to organize paperwork. |

Here is a 100 square foot booth. Lulu & Merie Sassy Notes has been in the Show since 2003. The company used its own drape, on separate rods for stability, for the side and back walls. The drapes were hung over the booth drape provided at the Show. The drapes, in pink and green, clearly match the company logo, which was placed front and center at the edge of the booth. Note that the company's invitation line is displayed on panels hung from their own drape with ribbon. Descriptions, or product identifiers, are placed under each item. The shelving at the back allows for additional items to be show in creative ways. Stationery sets and notepads are featured on on frame holders. The line of photo cards are hung from wide ribbon on either side of the shelving on the back wall. The exhibitor used Show-provided folding chairs, but covered them in their own coordinating fabric. |

Verbatem's booth in the Take Note section of the Show was a 10'x12'. The color scheme is eye-catching and the company used the depth of their booth to its full advantage, placing product on high tables on the sides of the booth and at the back. The height of the tables and the placement of product encourage movement further into the booth. In this photo you can see their company name running down the right side of the booth - the name also ran down the right side. Also note the company's logo at the back of the booth. The small stand at the front of the booth has scrollwork at bottom which cleverly echoes the script the company uses in their name. Lighting, clamped-on to the booth poles at the two front corners and two back corners of the booth light up the product and the booth, but do not intrude on the design of the space. |

Lampwear exhibited in the Indulgences section of the Show in a 10'x12' booth. The company chose a "hard wall" booth design that included a front piece on which to place the booth sign provided by the Show. Lots of shelving was needed to display the company's extensive line of lamps and shades. The subtle beige and brown colors for the flooring and walls let the colors of the lamps pop. The small round table with the pink tablecloth at the front of the booth attracts attention to the booth and the products on it. |

Lightwedge had a double booth - two 10'x10's in the Home Work section of the Show. We are showing it here as an example of a different kind of backdrop. Each of their walls have the company name on it, and communicates something about the product. The product is a book light. Their product is shown, at right, in a P-O-P (point of purchase) display, which could be included in the initial order placed by the buyer. The display gives the exhibitor visibility and name recognition in the store, and the store has an easy way to display the product. On the left, the product is displayed on a hanging rack. The stand in the center of the booth has the company logo on it, and is a great place for the exhibitor to write up an order with a buyer. The table and chairs provide a format for a more lengthy conversation. |
