For added convenience, the rental of private meeting rooms at the Javits Center is available to Confirmed exhibitors to conduct national sales meetings, meetings with buyers, meal functions and other special presentations.

Room Set-up
To conserve on set-up costs, common meeting room set-up requests will be booked in the same room(s). Therefore, we ask that you indicate your first, second and third choices so we may accommodate accordingly. Indicated preferred set-up by using 1,2, etc. Please be aware that set-up may vary slightly due to room size.
