Direct your dollars toward a premium on-site Promotional Opportunity.  Each program provides distinctive exposure to Show attendees, and literally puts your company in the center of activity!  Many options are first-come, first-served, so don't delay. Lobby Banner
Limited locations are available in the Crystal Palace lobby areas of Javits. Flat fee of $2500 includes hanging and labor. Banner size must be 10' wide x 20' long. We recommend Dixie Flag - contact Genevieve at 210-227-5039.  (Banner production is the responsibility of the exhibitor).

Product Display Kiosks
The Kiosks offer a unique opportunity to showcase product off the exhibit floor in highly trafficked areas. Limited availability. Free standing Kiosk $1,200, attached to registration or information counters $1,000.

Club GLM Buyers' Lounge
Club GLM is an exclusive lounge for VIP buyers from around the world. Your sponsorship may include the entire lounge or a portion of the services provided including beverages, lounge decorations and telecommunications access. Prices vary.  Click here for specific costs. Also, please take the opportunity to nominate your preferred customers for Club Glm designation. 

Buyers' Rejuvenation Stations

Positioned in various locations, these areas provide a resting point, meeting place, quick place to jot down important notes, make a phone call, etc.  Each area will offer sponsor exclusivity.  Cost for each is $4,000 and includes comfortable seating and a light snack.    

Pens & Pads
Have your company name appear on 10,000 pens or pads, or both and receive distribution at registration counters, by pay phones and in seminar rooms. The price is $13,000.

Hanging Banner or Sign Above Your Booth
Banner may be hung from the ceiling at the Javits Center up to a maximum height of 16' (from the top of the sign or banner down above your booth). This is an effective way to draw attention to your location on the Show floor. Pricing is based on size of banner and is the same as the price per square foot.   Details must be discussed with Show Management, specifically Kelly Bristol, 914-421-3228.

Badge Lanyards
Have 14,000 buyers wearing your company name for the entire Show. Price of $25,000 includes production.  - SOLD OUT
