Buyer Lounge and Press Center

Produce Placement and Swag Bag opportunities

Position your company in front of VIP buyers and/or press, with a sponsorship of these exclusive lounge spaces. Includes signage, sponsorship of refreshments and other amenities, as well as an opportunity to provide literature, product samples, and other swag bags. Does not include production of swag bags.

Pricing:

$1,000 – Literature and product samples + distribution of swag bag
$300 - Literature and product samples only – Press Center
$500 – Literature and product samples + distribution of swag bag – Press Center

Custom carpet decals - Show Floor

Direct attendees to your booth by creating custom carpet decals that will be placed at the front or middle of the aisle on the Show floor. Select your aisle or any other aisle.

Cost:  $400 per decal (price includes production and labor)

Entrance and Restroom door decals

Entrance Door Decals: Welcome buyers to the Show with your impactful message and booth number on the central entrance doors on the Concourse Level.

Pricing:
Outer Doors: $300 per sign (price includes production and labor)
Inner Doors: $200 per sign (price includes production and labor)

Restroom Door Decals: Capture buyers’ attention with your message on the back of restroom stall doors

Free-standing signage

Increase onsite visibility by advertising your exhibit space location on the Concourse near the registration area and entrances to the Show floor.

Gift Bags - A Walking Advertisement*

Make an impact the moment attendees arrive at the show! This visible advertising opportunity positions your custom promotional tote bags for distribution in the lobby near registration. Price does not include the production of bags. Must print your booth number and show logo. Minimum quantity recommended is 10,000.

Aisle Sign Hanger

Hang your company name and logo from the hanging aisle number sign – choose your aisle or any other aisle.

Pricing: $250 per sign (price includes production and labor)

Product Display Showcase 

Product display cases offer a unique opportunity to showcase your products in high volume traffic areas of the Concourse near exhibit hall entrances.  Each display is well-lit and includes two shelves for product presentation.

Cost: $1,450 each

Shuttle Bus Signs

Free shuttles transport Show attendees along hotel routes to and from the Show. Your ad will be prominently displayed on a 30″ x 240″ mesh window cling sign. Each bus has just one sign per side. Pricing includes production and installation.

Cost:
Passenger Side – $700 per sign, one per bus (pricing includes production or labor)
Driver’s Side – $600 per sign, one per bus (pricing includes production or labor)

Press Center - Free Promotion

Be sure to deliver your press kits to the NSS Press Center, the central check-in point for all editors visiting NSS. We recommend that you deliver 25-30 press kits during set-up; and that you keep another 10 kits in reserve for press who visit your booth. You may ship your press kits to Javits in advance of the Show. Shipping labels will be provided in the set-up manual. See here for tips on creating press kits.
