BEST NEW PRODUCTS OF 2018


Inklings Paperie Awarded “Best of Show”



New York, NY (May 21, 2018) — A panel of industry judges has selected the Best New Products from among nearly 350 entries by 200 exhibitors at the The National Stationery Show®, May 20-23 at the Jacob Javits Show in New York City.

Inklings Paperie of Canton, Mich., received the Best of Show and Craft It Up/DIY category awards for its Make Your Own Scratch-Off Mini Notes, a way for people to encourage their friends with a surprise scratch-off card. “It’s truly an honor to receive the Best in Show Award, especially because there are so many creative and talented people in our industry,” said Lindsay Henry, the company’s founder and director.

The awards were announced at the Show on Sunday, May 20, and all products are showcased in a display near the Show floor. The judges, who represented a cross section of the industry, were: Lindsay Anvik, See Endless, Inc.; Sarah Schwartz, Stationery Trends and Gift Shop magazines; Nole Garey, Oh So Beautiful Paper; Alexandra Moss, Sunshine and Lace; and Danielle Rothman, Rothbyrn’s Creative.

Due to the popularity of the Best New Products program, an All Things Wedding category was brought back and a Cause-Related category added. In addition to Inklings Paperie, category winners of the 2018 National Stationery Show included:

Products new to market since the 2017 National Stationery Show, or after June 1, 2017 were eligible for the competition, and exhibitor submissions were limited to one product per category.
